I've been having a tough time making work recently, spurred on by recent world events, navigating mental health, and trying to prioritize my well-being. I tend to do a bit of writing to accompany my pieces, much of which goes unseen. I've decided to create some affirmations drawn from phrases I've meditated on over the past few days and weeks.
